Eccentric and Magical Mermaid Conservation Warriors of Oregon, also known as the “Oregon Mermaids” are excited to share a day of Education and Fun with you!
Our vendors are offering eco-friendly items for sale; their creations are spectacular and life-changing! There will be music, food, free entertainment, family activities, special guests and lots of mermaids!
This family friendly festival demonstrates our Mermaid Promise, "Conserve, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Today for a Better Tomorrow" - Mermaid Collette
Our driving force has always been giving back to our community and teaching conservation. As we imagine seeing through the eyes of a child, we can instill lifelong lessons and make an impact on finding solutions to our ecological dilemma.
Please be part of the solution and join our event for an epic day of spectacular proportions!
The Happy Mermaid will have these at our festival.

Each 4ocean bracelet (glass beads and plastic cords made from glass and plastic pulled from the ocean) funds the removal of a pound of plastic from the ocean. More than 5.3 million pounds removed since Jan 2017!
To confirm its 4ocean not 4Ocean.
Mermaid Collette's vision for Oregon Northwest Merfest was formed in July of 2011 while volunteering as a mermaid at Director Park. Oregon Mermaids have volunteered at multiple events in the Pacific Northwest. Collette's efforts have always been focused on conservation, volunteering and giving back to her community, she has countless hours under her fin and has made a few waves along the way supporting these efforts.
